This is an estimate, not a customs assessment. It excludes broker fees, port and terminal charges, inland transport and product certification. Rates change, and the final amount depends on the classification and value accepted by customs.

How it is calculated in Thailand

Thailand charges duty on the CIF value.

VAT is charged on the value plus duty and any excise. The rate has been kept at 7% for many years, but check the current rate before relying on it.

Regulated products need TISI certification.
