Sourcing agent in China for businesses in Canada
Canadian businesses often pay a double markup: the US distributor takes a cut, then the Canadian reseller takes another. Sourcing from the manufacturer can remove both layers. We work with Canadian clients every day and know what CBSA and Canadian retailers expect.

Good to know before importing into Canada
Register in CARM first
Since October 2024, importers must use the CBSA CARM portal to account for and pay duties. Set this up before your first shipment, or ask your customs broker to guide you.
Electrical needs Canadian approval
Anything that plugs into the wall must carry CSA, cUL, cETL or another approved mark to be sold legally. We filter suppliers that already have it.
Labels in both languages
Consumer products need English and French on the packaging. We can have the factory print it correctly from the start.

Questions from Canada
Can you work with me in French?
Yes. We work in French and English, so Quebec clients can deal with us in the language they prefer.
Do you know Canadian surtaxes on Chinese goods?
Canada added surtaxes on some Chinese products in 2024. We check whether your product is affected before you place an order.
How much does a sourcing report cost?
A flat research fee covers one product, and each additional product is quoted as an add-on. The exact amount is confirmed before we begin.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can start with a single product in any quantity. The research fee remains the same.
Request a quote
Describe the product you need. Within 48 hours, we reply with the next steps and a quote for your sourcing report.
No obligation. The fee is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
