How much does a sourcing report cost?
A flat research fee covers one product, and each additional product is quoted as an add-on. The exact amount is confirmed before we begin.
How is full service priced?
Full service is billed as a percentage of the order value. It covers negotiation, production follow-up, inspection coordination and shipping support. The rate is confirmed in writing first.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can start with a single product in any quantity. The research fee remains the same.
Are samples free?
It depends on the supplier. Many provide samples at no charge, although the courier cost is usually paid by the buyer.
Which products do you not handle?
Health products, food, firearms, knives and bladed weapons, toxic products and any illegal goods.
How long does the sourcing report take?
5 to 10 days.
Where is your company registered?
In Hong Kong, as KLMGroup International Limited, CR No. 80458649.
Do you visit factories?
Yes. We travel to China regularly to meet suppliers, and we can also arrange third-party visits.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. We can hand over the goods to your forwarder.
Do you work in French?
Yes, we work in English and French.
Do you source outside China?
Yes, when it helps. We also work with suppliers in Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia.
