Since December 2024, the EU General Product Safety Regulation requires a responsible person in the EU for most consumer products sold there. We ask suppliers for test reports and technical files early, so you are not surprised later.
Sea or rail
Ocean freight to Rotterdam, Antwerp or Hamburg usually takes five to six weeks, sometimes more depending on routing. Rail from China to Poland and Germany can be faster for some goods.

Businesses in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland can work with us in French or English.

Can you check CE documents?
Yes. We request the declaration of conformity and test reports from the supplier and flag anything that looks incomplete or copied.
Do you handle the UK too?
Yes. The UK has its own customs system since Brexit, and our freight partner ships there regularly.
How much does a sourcing report cost?
A flat research fee covers one product, and each additional product is quoted as an add-on. The exact amount is confirmed before we begin.
How is full service priced?
Full service is billed as a percentage of the order value. It covers negotiation, production follow-up, inspection coordination and shipping support. The rate is confirmed in writing first.
